NPL Lunch and Learn – Ethic Codes: Why They are Important and How to Make Them Better

Codes of ethics are becoming more and more common in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, but that does not mean they are always effective. In this workshop, we will

1. Discuss what roles codes of ethics can play in organizations,
2. Compare different codes of ethics to find best practices, and
3. Generate ideas for increasing participation and strengthening codes of ethics in our own organizations.

This event is open to NPL students, alumni, and practicum partners.
