Bruce Boylston, CPA

Bruce A. Boylston holds a license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
A graduate of Villanova University, Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He was a partner in Boylston, Powers, and Trago, LLC, and its predecessors from 1989 through his retirement 2024. He continues to work with the firm as a consultant.

Boylston, Powers, and Trago, LLC specializes in providing tax consultation and other services for profit- and not- for- profit clients. The firm’s clients are in a number of geographical regions within the United States as well as several international locations.

Since 2009, Bruce has been an adjunct instructor with the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice designing and teaching Social Finance in the NPL program. He also assists the Wharton Schools Lipman Prize with an analysis of the financial information provided by the candidates. He also served as an adjunct faculty at Drexel University for several years.
