As voters consider 2024 ballots at local, state, and national levels, we’re highlighting the issues that #PennSP2 faculty view as priorities from the perspective of their research. Today, Associate Professor Ioana Marinescu discusses the economy and affordability.

Director of SP2’s MS in Social Policy (MSSP) Program, Dr. Marinescu focuses on wage determination and monopsony power, antitrust law for the labor market, the universal basic income, unemployment insurance, and green jobs.
