Linda Delgado is a Senior Advisor at the USDA. Stephen St. Vincent is the Deputy Director for Strategic Initiatives at the City of Philadelphia Managing Director’s Office.
Join MSSP class Law and Policy (MSSP 6310) to learn about the process of changing policies within government and how to make systems more accessible to all people. This event will include a panel discussion with Linda and Stephen as well as a Q+A.
