Join the Nonprofit Leadership program and the Center for High Impact Philanthropy for lunch and a conversation with Amy Schiller, author of The Price of Humanity: How Philanthropy Went Wrong and How to Fix It, and Kat Rosqueta, Founding Executive Director of the Center for High Impact Philanthropy. Amy is a writer and political philosopher who has built a 15-year career in major gift fundraising consulting. Since 2006, Kat has lead the only university-based center with a singular focus on enabling philanthropy to achieve greater social impact. Moderated by Doug Bauer, a lecturer in the Nonprofit Leadership program and Executive Director of the Clark, Scriven and Fernleigh Foundations, the conversation will explore the philanthropic sector’s roots, its relationship with inequality, and the sector’s role near- and long-term in public life. There will be a Q&A session as well as lunch. RSVP required.
