Event flyer

Join us for our February Speaker! Our second session is Monday, February 26, from 3:00 – 4:30 pm. We are excited to announce that Ifeoma Ike will be our guest speaker.

Ifeoma is a problem solver, social impact strategist, and professional disruptor. Recently, she authored “The Equity Mindset”: Designing human spaces through journeys, reflections, and practices. The book examines the dynamics of normalized institutional oppression, offers real-world case studies, and provides readers with new practices, key performance indicators (KPIs), and milestones for measuring the success of modern DEI efforts.

Ike’s professional vitae includes creating legislation to improve bias within law enforcement, designing city-wide strategies to address inequities in the education workforce and mental health profession, EEOC mediation, start-up consulting, strategic narrative creation and media communications, criminal justice advocacy, and movement lawyering.

Center for Social Impact Strategy (CSIS) joins the Penn Center for Inclusive Innovation & Technology to offer the 2024 Speaker Series. These interactive workshops will draw in faculty, alumni, and new instructors to present on new topics at the intersection of social impact strategy, social innovation design, and technology for socially beneficial goals. Read about other upcoming CSIS offerings or follow us on LinkedIn.
