Matt Williams, born and raised in Philadelphia, is dedicated to working on data-based projects and enterprises. He serves as the Chief Technical Officer of Technical Difficulties AI. Matt and Keith Scott also created a non-profit called Philly Unlimited, an app-based organization that addresses those who are struggling with hunger, work desperation, and basic human needs such as gun violence reduction. Philly Unlimited is intended for at-risk youth and individuals who are at risk of recidivism. Matt is passionate about finding diverse digital and data applications that can address social issues in Philadelphia.
