Weylin Burlingame, MSW, PhD
Dr. Weylin Burlingame, a licensed clinical social worker, brings 20 years of supporting individuals, groups, and organizations using systems and strengths based perspectives as a facilitator, instructor, coach, and therapist. He uses his educational background and training to bring rigorous critical thought, reliance on evidence-based solutions, and generation of novel approaches to innovation, change, and development opportunities. He has experience working with organizations with complex missions.
Weylin is a part-time faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania where he teaches graduate courses on group dynamics, organizational politics, and leadership dynamics. As a lifelong learner, Weylin is trained in Experiential Learning, Appreciative Inquiry, developing leadership through Emotional Intelligence, and is currently working toward certification through the International Coaching Federation. He holds a PhD in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University, an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed his BA in Psychology and Sociology at Bucknell University.
