Sarah Trotta, DSW, LCSW
Dr. Sarah Trotta is a licensed clinical social worker who divides her time between teaching MSW students at SP2 and maintaining a private practice in Center City. Sarah finished her MSW at Penn and received the John Hope Franklin Combating American Racism Award for her attention to the great import of an anti-racist lens in clinical social work. She recently finished her Doctorate in Clinical Social Work at SP2.
Her academic research focused on the experience of psychological safety after a sexual assault. She has previously provided psychotherapy to clients at a rape crisis center, domestic violence shelter, and a college counseling center.
