Kate Marini

Kate Marini is the Director of Finance & Planning, where she provides strategic leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations. She works closely with faculty, staff, and University partners to ensure strong fiscal stewardship and to align resources with SP2’s priorities.

Kate is recognized for building collaborative relationships, streamlining processes, and translating complex financial information into clear insights that support decision-making across the School. She brings more than a decade of experience spanning higher education as well as other industries, with a strong background in budget management, compliance, and operational improvements.

She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and is pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Strategic Leadership from the same institution.
