Charlotte Rohrer

Charlotte Rohrer, MA

  • Coordinator, MS in Social Policy Program
  • As an MSSP Program Coordinator, Charlotte will provide administrative and programmatic support to the MSSP Program. Her role will include admissions initiatives, event planning, and academic advising.

Charlotte has a wealth of social policy, political, administrative and international experience. Before joining SP2, she worked in the district office of a German Member of Parliament and served as a congressional intern for a U.S. representative—so she has a keen understanding of the real-world impact of policymaking. Charlotte served as a research assistant at the University of Heidelberg, working with the Bonn International Centre for Conflict Studies to study military impunity and military officials worldwide. At the University of Bayreuth, she worked with international scholars to research judicial appointments in Tanzania and throughout East Africa.

Charlotte holds an MA in Development Studies, with a focus in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Bayreuth, and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Ursinus College. Charlotte’s demonstrated commitment to social justice matches our mission at SP2. In addition to working with MSSP students, staff, and faculty, she will advise the cohort of MSSP+DA students.
