Ashley Fuss

Ashley Fuss is a second-year student in SP2’s Ph.D. program in Social Welfare. Ashley joined SP2 from New York University’s McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research where she collaborated on numerous NIMH-funded research projects focused on youth and families, program evaluation, and technical assistance initiatives. She has worked closely with nonprofits to design and implement evaluation protocols within their organizations and has partnered with providers across New York State to implement evidence-informed interventions. Ashley is interested in quantitative methods and how organizations can use data to inform decisions regarding their programs and services. Her research interests include data-driven decision-making, outcomes research, and the psychosocial well-being of veterans, service members, and their families. Ashley received her Master of Social Work from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service and her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Queens College, City University of New York.
