Allison Posner, MA

Allison serves as an academic advisor for the MSSP program, where she will advise the cohort of MSSP+DA students.

Before joining SP2, Allison taught AP English Literature at a private school in Long Island, New York. Allison previously pursued a PhD in Comparative Literature, with a concentration in Jewish Studies, at Indiana University, Bloomington. Her academic research led her to study many languages, including Yiddish in Lithuania and Poland, German in Berlin, and Hebrew at Middlebury College. Allison also enjoys keeping up with her French, which she practiced in Paris during a study abroad semester in college.

Allison holds a BA in English from Cornell University, and an MA in Comparative Literature from Indiana University.
