Abigail Genevieve Dickson, NPL

Abigail Dickson joined the CSIS team as an Academic Coordinator in August of 2025 after earning her Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania. She previously worked with The Philadelphia Orchestra’s Personnel Department, managing daily operations and coordinating international auditions. Abigail is also a professional violinist, having a degree in Music Performance from Temple University’s Boyer College of Music, and is the founder of the Opus Four String Quartet. She holds certificates in entrepreneurship and leadership from Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania, and The King Center. Abigail is grounded in the principles of restoration, transformation, and community investment throughout all of her work. In her free time, she enjoys reading, composing, fiber arts, baseball, and jazz.
