Dissertation: Navigating the Discourse of Dependency: Welfare-Reliant Mothers in College: An Institutional Ethnography
Elizabeth Noll received her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology from Temple University. Currently, she works as a data analyst at Penn’s Center for Mental Health Policy and Services Research. Her research efforts explore the impact of institutional organization and practices on the health and welfare of persons in the public welfare system. She is currently writing her dissertation, titled “Navigating the Discourse of Dependency: Welfare-Reliant Mothers in College.”
