Nidhi Tandon, MS, MPhil
Nidhi is an interdisciplinary researcher with an M.Phil and MS in Public Policy and Planning. She is transitioning from the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) Tiger Teams where she was overseeing diverse teams and implementing operational enhancement projects for state UI modernization. Nidhi holds certifications in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Smart Cities, and Equitable Education from MIT; blockchain technologies from Wharton; and Tableau and project management from Cornell University. In addition to her professional pursuits, she co-founded and directs a nonprofit organization in New Jersey dedicated to enhancing STEM education in underserved communities. Her research focuses on workforce skills and affordable housing policies. She has co-authored a book on the emerging work trends in urban India while working on a second publication on the future of data in India’s smart cities.
