Trish Adobea Tchume is a social and racial justice advocate, facilitator, and trainer. Formally, she serves as senior director of leadership research and practice for the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation, where she organizes the foundation’s learning and evaluation practices and connects grantees with emerging leadership approaches that prefigure a world where all of us thrive. Trish Adobea Tchume has spent 25 years training leaders and leading groups and organizations.
