Dr. Hallowell’s professional work transforms data into insights that drive messaging, Comms/marketing, brand, and engagement strategies to help nonprofits and social justice coalitions connect more deeply with people. She blends research techniques from digital advocacy, marketing, UX / CX, and the social sciences to uncover new opportunities for connection and growth. Her academic research explores the impact of social policy on lived experience. She has particular interests in the ethics of both big and small datasets.
