Master of Science in Social Policy Alumni Association

As SP2 celebrates 10 years of the Master of Science in Social Policy (MSSP) program, the MSSP program is excited to announce the formation of the MSSP Alumni Association. A committee of alumni and students currently are working diligently to create and launch this initiative. The mission of the MSSPAA will be to nurture a sense of community through educational and social events, volunteer opportunities, and other means of alumni engagement. All MSSP graduates are considered members of the MSSPAA. MSSPAA leadership will assist with the logistics and operations of the group. “The skills and knowledge I gained from the MSSP program supported me in developing and piloting the Social Change Agents Institute (SCAI) which provides an opportunity for professionals and scholars to travel to developing countries such as South Africa, Brazil, and Haiti to facilitate social change workshops on race, gender, and class.”
