Shanice Beckham

Shanice Beckham is the Coordinator in the Office of Student Affairs & the Registrar at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice (SP2). In this role, she manages communications, including social media and the student life newsletter, oversees SP2 merchandise design and sales, coordinates cross-program events, and supports student groups. Shanice also provides operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of student affairs initiatives.

Prior to joining SP2, Shanice worked 10 years in law enforcement, most recently serving as a Senior Dispatcher at the Penn Division of Public Safety (DPS), providing emergency services and support to the University and surrounding community. She is also a part-time student at Penn LPS, pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences with a concentration in Leadership & Communication, along with certificates in Applied Positive Psychology and Digital Strategies.

Shanice is passionate about supporting student growth and engagement beyond the classroom.
