Shileel Foreman, MS, serves as Associate Director of Financial Aid at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice (SP2), where he supports graduate students in navigating financial aid and manages the School’s Federal Work-Study program and institutional scholarships. He counsels students on financial aid policies, educational borrowing, and financial literacy and works closely with Student Registration & Financial Services (SRFS) to support financial aid processing.
Shileel brings a decade of higher education experience, with an extensive background in financial aid administration and student services. Prior to joining Penn, he served as Associate Director of Financial Aid and Senior Financial Aid Counselor at Cabrini University and previously worked in student financial services at Drexel University. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs while helping students and families navigate the financial aid process.
Shileel earned his Master of Science in Higher Education Administration & Leadership and Post-Baccalaureate Graduate Certificate in Student Development & Affairs from Drexel University’s School of Education. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Susquehanna University.
