Rachael Murray is currently enrolled in the NPL program at Penn, and will graduate in the Spring of 2025. She has a background in nonprofit theatre as a grant writer, arts administrator, director, intimacy choreographer, playwright, actor, and producer. Rachael previously completed the Executive Program in Arts and Culture Strategy in 2020, and she holds an undergraduate degree in English and Theatre Arts from Virginia Tech. Her areas of interest include expanding organizational and worker resiliency and sustainability in the arts and culture sector, as well as consent-forward and trauma-informed artistic practices.
