Dr. Noel B. Ramirez is a clinical social worker based in the Philadelphia area. He has 15 years of clinical social work experience in the Philadelphia metro area and has focused his work on the intersections of public health, equity, and social work. He is the founder of Mango Tree Counseling & Consulting, an AAPI mental health group practice, and has been teaching graduate courses in social work since 2014. He received his master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania, master’s in public health from Drexel University, and a doctorate degree in behavioral health from Arizona State University.
