David Allegretti joined the School of Social Policy & Practice at the University of Pennsylvania in October 2016 as the IT Director. He provides leadership, guidance, and client support services while delivering and maintaining a secure and compliant technology environment. David represents the school’s technology interests by serving on various University technology committees and task force teams.
Prior to joining the School of Social Policy & Practice, David spent 11 years at the Perelman School of Medicine. After serving as an IT Support Specialist for a year, he spent the next 10 years as Senior IT Support Supervisor supporting the research and education missions of the school while managing a technology support team and providing project management services.
David holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and a M.S. in Instructional Technology from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia PA.
