Anicca Liu has been involved with activism, practice, and scholarship tied with policy reforms for collective well-being for over a decade. Their research agenda centers on individual and organizational behavior as it intersects with global/local inequities, health governance, ethics, infectious diseases, substance use, mental health, and environmental sustainability. Anicca holds a degree in neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania and master’s degrees in public health and international administration from the University of Miami.
