Ben Cochran, MSSP
Ben is a senior research coordinator at the Center for Guaranteed Income Research. His role focuses on supporting data acquisition in guaranteed income pilots across the country. He previously worked as a research assistant on the qualitative research team at CGIR, where he conducted, cleaned, and coded interviews. Prior to joining CGIR, he worked as a paralegal in the Philadelphia Law Department’s Child Welfare Unit, where he wrote dependency petitions and worked with social workers and city solicitors to expedite permanency for children.
Ben received his BA in economics and politics from Messiah College in 2018, and his MS in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022.
