Event flyer

Please join the M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership program for a 1-hour data analysis workshop, facilitated by SP2 PhD candidate Sharon Zanti. Open to all Penn students interested in learning how nonprofit leaders can build data-driven organizational cultures and systems.

Sharon Zanti is a PhD student at the School of Social Policy and Practice, working alongside Dr. Dennis Culhane and Actionable Intelligence for Social Policy (AISP) to study the implementation and research application of Integrated Data Systems. Her interest in state and local public policy stems from her previous experience as a Performance Analyst for children, youth and family programs at the Colorado Department of Human Services. In addition, Sharon has experience working with county partners on performance improvement efforts and conducting research with Adult Protective Services administrative data. Sharon holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. Prior to pursuing social work, Sharon worked as a project coordinator in the software industry and earned a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
