Adapting in the Times of COVID-19: A Workshop for Impact Organizations (Virtual)

Event flyer

As COVID-19 continues to affect our communities and economy, many impact-driven organizations are identifying how to best respond to a myriad of priorities: from community needs, to maintaining funding, to employee engagement.

We invite you to join the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Social Impact Strategy and Dallas-based nonprofit Cafe Momentum for a 90-minute interactive workshop. This workshop will build off the understanding that impact-driven organizations are balancing multiple priorities and may have to adjust radically to accommodate this new reality. We’ll hear from Cafe Momentum, who was able to successfully pivot their operations seemingly overnight, all while remaining aligned with their overarching mission. Then, we’ll expand on their insights and learn how to apply asset-mapping and needs assessment exercises in order to develop our own organizational response plans.

This event is open to all that are supporting or leading organizations that have an impact-driven mission or program.

Please RSVP through the eventbrite link.

Feel free to share the event page with anyone you would like to invite. The future is uncertain – we don’t know what is coming down the road. Let’s work together to co-build our individual and collective resilience.
