The Penn Professional Staff Assembly (PPSA) proudly hosts the 2026 Employee Resource Fair on Thursday, October 1 from 12:00pm to 1:30pm at the Pottruck Health and Fitness Center (3701 Walnut Street). Open to all Penn staff and faculty, this free and fun event provides access to information on the vast and varied resources and services available to Penn employees. Bring your PennCard for access.

FREE Paper-shredding & Electronic Records/Equipment Disposal: The University Archives and Records Center has arranged for Penn’s vendors, Iron Mountain and Gigabiter, to be on hand free of charge for Penn employees during the Fair. Iron Mountain is a shredding service, while Gigabiter handles electronic records and equipment. Both vendors provide a great opportunity to reduce risks – such as the possibility of identity theft – by securely disposing of confidential papers and electronic records and equipment (e.g., computers, hard drives, old TVs, monitors, and other personal consumer electronics that are no longer needed). Find these vendors in the parking spaces on Walnut Street outside Pottruck.

A PennCard swipe at entry automatically enters attendees into the drawings for prizes donated by our generous table vendors and campus partners.
